Cybercrime: Cr. A

Our first unit of the year is cybercrime. Cybercrime is really important to know about and to understand what it is. Its really dangerous and there are lots of types of cybercrime for example downloading, stalking, identity theft, etc. We have to make a scavenger hunt for the 6th grade to show them how important it is to know about this subject. Each of us chose a topic. I chose downloading. I learned things while making this scavenger hunt, which I didnt know before. Criterion B Careers

I decided that i wanted to be a psychiatric counselor. I would like this job because I like listening to people and im good at it. I like listening and giving people suggestions. I dont really like perscribing medicine or seeing blood, so I dont think I could be a surgeon. I just like listening to peoples problems and issues and guiding them through.

I think that my product isnt as good as i wanted it to be, so i think I deserve maybe a 4. "Aiste's entrance video was simple yet good. It got to the point and while filming i heard what she was saying and they were essential information. Her things that she said sounded realistic and was a well organized speech." Rebekah sais. According to her I should get a 6. i did a lot on the investigation. I have test answers and desrciptions of my personality. i am an SFP, so that means i could be a photographer, councelor, actor and more. I think this is true. on criterion B, we had to make a career plan for the future. Mine was very basic, but specific.I still need to write a pargraph on how I decided to do that. I think I could have put in more effort in my work, in this unit. I didnt really like this unit, but its not my choice either.

Our new unit is called Modern Shakespeare. The AOI is approaches to learning and the learner profile is communicators. WE chose ATL because the unit helps students to look at new ways of interpreting old material in order to increase our understanding of it.
What is the unit about?
Our new unit is about Shakespeare and his play Much Ado About Nothing. It’s also about studying the style that he writes in and the language he uses.
What is the final project?
The final project will be a movie of all the skits we create.
What do we have to do?
We will have to write scripts about the play and will have to make costumes, props, stage and more things for the movie.
What materials will we use?
We will use a camera, costumes, props that will be made and of course our scripts.
How does the unit question relate to the project?
The unit question relates because we are trying to make a modern play about Shakespeare
How do the Area of Interaction and the learner profile fit this unit?
Because we are trying to modernize Shakespeare, we chose approaches to learning for the area of interaction and communicators for the learner profile.
Why is the study of Shakespeare important?
Shakespeare wrote hundreds of years ago, and is now known as fine literature.

I expect to understand Shakespeare’s literature more and understand the meaning of the text.

The possible careers for ESFP are actors, artists, photographers, counselors, sales representatives, fashion designers, interior decorators and consultants. I have always liked fashion and taking photographs. I dont think I would be a good counselor. I think these could be my future careers.

ESFPs as Lovers

ESFPs embrace their love relationships in a Big way - similar to the way they approach their lives in general. They love to be in love, and will try to make the most of each moment. They take things on a day-by-day basis, and are uncomfortable thinking too much about the future, or making plans far in advance. For this reason, ESFPs are not natural long-term commitment people. They may feel tremendously committed on a day-by-day basis, but they do not naturally plan for their futures.

This commitment issue is a potential pitfall for the ESFP. Many people of this type overcome this potential weakness, and become involved in truly satisfying, lifelong relationships. Others do not address this weakness, and move from relationship to relationship without forming real commitments, convincing themselves that this is what they truly want.

Sexually, the ESFP is a very earthy and sensual individual who seeks and enjoys intimate contact with their partners. Living in the here-and-now, they throughly embrace and enjoy the experience with all five senses. They are generous and warm, and highly interested in making their partners happy.

ESFPs tend to be materialistic, and somewhat caught up in "what others think" of them. They should take care that this doesn't interfere with their personal relationships, since many of the others types will not be able to relate to their perspectives on these matters.

ESFPs do not handle conflict well at all. They take any sort of criticism very personally, and consider it to be a general indictment of their character. They may react with anger and harsh words which they would later like to take back. ESFPs would do themselves a favor if they would come to realize that criticism can be looked at constructively, rather than destructively. If they can hear criticism without feeling personally threatened, the ESFP will have come a very long way towards greatly improving the strength and health of their relationships.

ESFPs are extremely literal and concrete when communicating. They say things in a very direct, abrupt manner, and can sometimes even unintentionally seem quite harsh. They like things to be communicated to them in a similar, concrete fashion. They dislike theory and abstraction, and will frequently misunderstand the jist of a communication if it is not communicated in a factual, present-tense manner. Discussions regarding the future or the past are not the ESFP's strong suit, and in fact they're likely to miscontrue future-looking statements as something that needs immediate attention. When they discover that the discussion is not regarding an immediate concern, they become disinterested.

ESFPs are in general very warm and giving people, with simple needs and demands from their partners. They just want to be happy, and want to bring happiness to others. They are energetic and popular individuals who will liven up the social life of the couple, and keep many new experiences on the horizon.

Although two well-developed individuals of any type can enjoy a healthy relationship, ESFP's natural partner is the ISTJ, or the ISFJ. ESFP's dominant Extraverted Sensing function is best matched with a personality that is dominated by Introverted Sensing. How did we arrive at this?

ESFPs as Parents

The ESFP's "go with the flow", fun-loving attitude will extend to the raising of their children. They are warm and affectionate parents, and are great for giving practical care to their children. They like to do things in a Big way, and enjoy big families.

The ESFP will freely give love and affection to their children, but they frequently have a problem with defining a structured, orderly environment for them, and they may rely on their mates in this regard. Ultimately, the ESFP likely believes that too much structure is not a healthy thing for anyone, and so they're unlikely to enforce a highly structured or disciplined environment. If this trait is strongly present in the ESFP, and is not counteracted by their mate's perspective, it could be considered a potential pitfall for the ESFP parent. Children need some structure which can be depended upon as they grow up.

The ESFP is very practical and concrete in their daily needs, and are usually quite good at taking care of their children's daily needs. Although their approach to life is frequently "ad-lib", and their lives are almost always extremely full of exciting events, the ESFP is very good at juggling many things at once, which makes them especially good at handling the various issues which come up in a large family.

ESFPs tend to have difficulty with the authoritarian role, preferring to be their children's friend. However, they do expect to be given respect and to be obeyed when necessary, and will fall into the role of parental authoritarian at times. This can be frustrating for some children, especially those with strong Judging tendencies, as they will not know what to expect from their ESFP parent.

ESFPs are usually remembered fondly by their children for being fun-loving, upbeat, and affectionate, although somewhat scattered.

ESFPs have very strong inter-personal skills, and may find themselves in the role of the peacemaker frequently. Since they make decisions by using their personal values, they are usually very sympathetic and concerned for other people's well-being. They're usually quite generous and warm. They are very observant about other people, and seem to sense what is wrong with someone before others might, responding warmly with a solution to a practical need. They might not be the best advice-givers in the world, because they dislike theory and future-planning, but they are great for giving practical care.

ESFP is definitely a spontaneous, optimistic individual. They love to have fun. ESFPs love people, and everybody loves an ESFP. One of their greatest gifts is their general acceptance of everyone. They are upbeat and enthusiastic, and genuinely like almost everybody. An ESFP is unfailingly warm and generous with their friends, and they generally treat everyone as a friend. However, once crosesed, an ESFP is likely to make a very strong and stubborn judgment against the person who crossed them. They are capable of deep dislike in such a situation.

The ESFP under a great deal of stress gets overwhelmed with negatives thoughts and possibilities. As an optimistic individual who lives in the world of possibilities, negative possibilities do not sit well with them. The ESFP is a great team player. He or she is not likely to create any problems or fuss, and is likely to create the most fun environment possible for getting the task done. ESFPs will do best in careers in which they are able to use their excellent people skills, along with their abilities to meld ideas into structured formats. Since they are fast-paced individuals who like new experiences, they should choose careers which offer or require a lot of diversity, as well as people skills.

Ive been to many countries all over the world but there are only a few that are my favorites. Partying is becoming a big part of my life but it really distracts me from studying and doing homework for school. Dancing is fun when you know how to :D. I had two really cool coaches that taught me not only to dance but also helped me in my life and supported me whenever I needed their help and support.
School for me got challenging from the time I came to Mongolia. This is a a really high standard school and requires a lot from students so sometimes its hard to keep up. My leisure time is almost all the time with friends and rarely family. In summer its mostly family and friends. Volunteering to help others is fun when there is things to do. I did orphanage where I had to help the kids build or draw and just spend time with hem which was fun.

My parents are really pressuring me and my brother about colleges and careers. They say I should try to be a translator because I'm good at languages or work with the big organizations like UN or WHO. I don’t want to do either because writing and translating is boring and big organizations are not for me. My dad worked in the UN for a long time now and I see what he does and it does not look like fun. I want to do something with animals or people. I really don’t want to be locked up in a room filing papers.

Evaluation

Our last unit which is called Modern Shakespeare was a total disaster. At first some students were missing classes. When we got our scripts back from Mr. Thompson, which took forever, we were posting them on our blogs. Some of the students didnt post them on their blogs. After we did that, we were voting on whos script should be acted out. At that time allot of people went to ACAMIS for football. The others voted on the blogs. The script that had the most votes was Tsolmons. Some students like Uudee wanted theirs to be acted out and some students like me didnt want theirs to be acted out. When everybody returned from ACAMIS, we attempted filming the script. We were split into groups of 4 to 6 organizing the costumes, make up; editing the film; and actors. We practiced in the couch area next to the art room, but we decided it was too bright to film it there. WE moved down to the library, gathered all the chairs in one spot and started filming. People were reading their scripts and always looking down. The next class our teacher, Mrs. Wilson, asked us if we wanted to carry on with the unit. We voted that we wanted to stop and start the next unit. Mrs. Wilson has attempted this project for about 3 years and it hasn't worked since the beginning.

My Script

Leonato, Ursula, Margaret, Hero and Antonio wait in the court yard to meet Don Pedro, Claudio, Benedick and the others. Everybody is in joy when they see each other except Benedick and Beatrice. Just when Beatrice hears him, she starts insulting him:
Benedick is talking to Claudio and Don Pedro.
Beatrice: I’m amazed that you are still talking Benedick, because nobody is listening to you or what you say.
Benedick: Turns around in surprise. Lady Hate! Are you still alive? Everybody looks at them two arguing with each other.
Beatrice: Amazed. Can such hate even die when there is such fuel to refuel it? Don’t be stupid.
Benedick: Stupid? I am loved by all women except for you. But that’s OK; you’re so ugly a dog wouldn’t want to be seen with you. Benedick says in a calm voice. Everybody “OOOOO’S”.
Beatrice: I would rather hear my dog bark at a bird than hear you say you love me. Everybody laughs. Beatrice confident with her come back.
Benedick: At least, some men will escape your ugliness you call a face.
Beatrice: With an anger/ frown. Your face could not be uglier already!
Benedick: With laughter. All you do is say exactly as what I say. You’re just like a parrot…
Beatrice: At least what I say makes sense. Whatever you say doesn’t even matter because nobody is even listening.
Benedick: I wish my horse was as fast as your tongue. But whatever, it is fast enough.
Beatrice: You are a fat pig that does not even fit in its own clothes!
Benedick: How do you know that? Have you been checking my measurements? Asks silently, narrowed eyed with curiosity.
Beatrice: Every month you have a new friend. Do you get bored of the other friends or do bribe them to tag along?
Benedick: Then I will ask you the same question. Do you have any of those things called friends?
Beatrice: My friends are my cousins. But you on the other hand keep changing them every second because you get bored of them or whatever.
Benedick: With honesty and disappointment he says: I really do not like the way you look Beatrice. Don’t you want to change your face sooner or later? Others laugh.
Beatrice: A man does not look any different from a boy, especially you.
Benedick: Sad at first, end with a laugh. You have such a cold face it could freeze a mammoth in the middle of the summer! Others start laughing.
Beatrice: Just when everybody stops laughing, she starts giggling, thinking about her come back. You lost all of your wits and now you have to think with one. How does that feel?
Benedick: One of mine is better than two of yours. Don’t you think?
Beatrice: To think that, you must feel proud of yourself. What do you feel proud of? Hiding in the bush at war, while the others are fighting? Very brave I have to say.
Benedick: Squeals like a girl in surprise. Aah! Have you been spying on me?! Others start walking inside, leaving them two outside to argue.
Beatrice: Why do you always have to be so dumb?
Benedick: I am not dumb! He squeals. I think I will go now; there is no apparent reason to waste my time talking with you. Leaves Beatrice alone in the court yard.

Process

After we wrote the scripts, we handed them in to Mr. Thompson to grade. We are still waiting for the scripts to start planning them. Our group includes Namuun, Khlaiun, Min Jae and me. We decided to do Namuuns script which is Bust'd. She is not here today so our group is a bit lost. She was the only one to take notes so now we have little to do appart waiting for Mr. Thompson to give us our scripts back, graded. Every once in a while, we check the such tweet sorrow website to see what people are posting.

The different bodies are the General Assembly Sixth Committee, International Law Commission, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. There are also the main bodies. They are General Assembly, Security Council, Economic & Social Council, Trusteeship Council, International Court of Justice and the Secretariat.
How many members are there in the Security Council?
There must be 15 members. There are five permanent members witch are China, France, Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States. There are ten temporary members witch are Austria, Japan, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lebanon, Uganda, Brazil, Mexico, Gabon and Nigeria.

Evaluation for Improvement on a House Hold Item

IT evaluation

Our last unit was about Inventions and Inventors. We, as a class chose the skills that inventors should have if they want to be successful. We came up with open minded, risk takers and a few more. I think that inventors should be open-minded especially, because to think of something new, useful and sustainable is hard and requires a lot of imagination. Not everybody can think of something that has not yet been invented and also something that will attract attention. We chose our own groups and our task was to make an invention that has already been invented even better than it already is. I worked with Rebekah to improve the solar key detector. Because solar key detectors run out of battery very fast, we decided to improve it with a solar rechargeable battery. We interviewed our classmates asking them if they think this product is useful, people will like it and if they have any suggestions. Most of the people said that it is useless and they do not have any comments or ideas how to make it better. Rebekah and I took into account that we should consider the information useful and correct. We made a great large-scale model of the key detector, in my opinion. When the time came for the class to ask questions, if they had any, we received some remarks. Some of our classmates said that if the detector would detect keys then it shouldn’t be from 2 meters away, but about 10 meters. Some said that it should detect not only keys but also cell phones and other technology. I had a question in my mind for our classmates. Why couldn’t and wouldn’t you give us the feedback when we actually asked for it? If they would have suggested that to us at the beginning, we could have made an even better renovation. Overall, there were some good and interesting renovations for everyday objects. One of them was the ice-cream bowl. That was my favorite. There also was a self-controllable heater. Although this idea is great, I think I have heard of it being already invented. I think this unit made us think harder to renovate something and is a good learning experience. Next time we do a project like this, my plan is to remind everybody that what they suggest will be used in the presentation, and if they would not give us any ideas, at the end they will not be able to comment. i think that our presentation was good, but it seems like a few people did not understand the main idea behind our renewed invention. Next time, our explanation should be more clear.
